Every day, front-line workers, staff and care providers across B.C. engage in challenging and inspiring work. BC Care Providers Association is proud to recognize and celebrate their commitment to providing the best possible care for our seniors. This year, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, those working in health care have been deservedly proclaimed heroes.
On behalf of the BC Care Providers Association Events and Recognition Committee it is my absolute pleasure to state that Kiran Minhas has been selected as the recipient of the BC Care Provider of the Year (Home Health). Congratulations Kiran!

Kiran is one of those rare individuals who balances her nursing experience with her true compassion towards people. Kiran understands the human dynamic involved in making the decision to have home care. She sees home care as a way to have independence and safety at home. She designs care plans with the client’s respect and dignity in mind. This is what makes her different and this is what makes her special.
